Our Return or Exchange service is too easy; no hassle/no fee!!
You may return all products within 30 days(from the date you receive the items) of delivery for exchange or refund. The original bag and tag should be intact , not be damaged.
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact with us and our customer service will reply to you within 24 hours.
Please follow these steps for Refund/Return/Exchange :
✔Must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with 14 days after receiving order to return.
✔Take a picture of your item and upload it
✔Mention the reason-" broken"/ "defective"/ "does not match with description"/ "never arrived"
✔Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours with PayPal and 5 business days with credit card for your refund to appear.
For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories. Also, Gift cards, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not Perceptive products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
